PHUKET, THAILAND - Aulis Phuket will open in December 2023 as a 15 seat chef’s table at the beautiful Iniala Beach House Hotel, and as Simon Rogan's first restaurant in Thailand.
As with the other Aulis chef’s tables around the world, Aulis Phuket will explore and experiment with hyper local ingredients, developing and perfecting flavours and techniques to create an almost entirely unique experience for the 15 guests at each service.
Alongside Simon and Executive Chef, Oli Marlow, the Aulis Phuket team will be led by Giacomo Primante.
Aulis Phuket is open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner and lunch on Sundays.
Due to the nature of the dining experience, allergies and dietary requirements are accommodated to a certain degree and at our discretion.
The tasting menu at Aulis Phuket will be dedicated to showcasing native ingredients, working hand in hand with local farmers and growers from across Thailand and Asia. The menu can be paired with wine or non-alcoholic drinks flights, carefully chosen by our restaurant team.
Situated within the grounds of Iniala Beach House, an ultra-luxury and exclusive destination of villas and residences in the Takua Thang district of Phang Nga.
